Return and Cancellation
At Marhaban, we strive to provide the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Recorded Unboxing Video: Before opening the package, please record a full, unedited, and uninterrupted video of the unboxing process. This video must show the package being opened, the contents being removed, and a clear view of the product(s) and any packaging materials. This video is required for all returns and will be used to verify the condition of the product(s) and packaging.
- Submit Return Request: Email us at contact@marhaban.in with your order number, reason for return, and a link to the unboxing video. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Return Shipping: Once you receive the RMA number, carefully package the product(s) in their original packaging, if possible, and ship them back to us at the address provided. Please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Refund or Exchange: After receiving and inspecting the returned product(s), we will process a refund or exchange, as requested.
Important: Returns without a complete and satisfactory unboxing video may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped.
Cancellation Policy:
- If your order has not been processed, we can cancel it without any penalty.
- If your order has been processed but not shipped, we may be able to cancel it, but a cancellation fee may apply.
- If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can initiate a return as described above.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method, minus any shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product(s).
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement, as applicable, and may request photos or videos of the damaged product for quality control purposes.
